This meeting is focussed around the work we proposed in our extension proposal. An excerpt of just the Year 4/5 proposed milestones is given here.

Agenda

The meeting rooms are in the Recreational Wellness Center which is the new (very new) building at the top of the campus hill. the campus is quite small.

There are 3 meeting rooms next to each other. 1 is large enough to hold 2 meetings simultaneously. There is a small lounge next to the meeting rooms.

Most talks say 15 mins + Discussion. This means ~8 slides. We mean this. We will allow discussion throughout the presentations. You are welcome to provide additional material for posting on the meeting page.

For those staying on site the registration fee will be collected as part of your payment for lodging. The receipt should say "Payment for Lodging and Registration". Meals are included (not Sunday night; not Tuesday supper for those not staying Tuesday night). For those not staying on site the total registration is $100 (which includes the $40/day or $40 total facility charge).

There is some slight variation in the cost of rooms but they are all within about +/- $15/day of the government lodging+food rate of $126/day. If you attend the meeting but are NOT lodging at the conference center there is a $40/day meals/facility use charge.

Most lodging rooms have internet access and all the meeting rooms. If your room does not have internet you can use it in one of the meeting rooms.
