Here is the information from our meeting today.  Also, note we will be participating in the PPDG phone meeting Wednesday Nov 7th at 12:30 - details from Doug to follow...

RA usage scenario:

1.  Joe User fills out web page requesting a Certificate.
     [Does this also include an information page, i.e. Phone #, email, My PI/contact etc.]
2.  Doug/RA calls Joe's supervisor for verification
3.  Joe's supervisor validates user. 
4.  Doug/RA approves Certificate request.
5.  CA signs Joe's public key...
6.  CA notifies Joe via Email that he can pickup cert at web interface
