Tools and Software

All Teams on PPDG extend and develop software. PPDG does not itself have responsibility for distribution and support of software. PPDG relies on the software distribution and support from the participating Computer Science teams. PPDG also endorses the Virtual Data Toolkit (VDT) as a mechanism for packaging and distribution of common Grid middleware software for the Experiment Grids.
